I reserve the right to work on commissions in my chosen order, regardless of when the commission was taken.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission for any reason, and give the commissioner a refund.

I reserve the right to deny any commission requests for any reason.

The commissioner understands that they will not receive their artwork until full payment is sent.

I may use the art I create for any reasonable purpose. (Advertising commissions, portfolio, etc.)

The character(s) in my illustrations belong to their owners, the artwork belongs to the artist.

I do not provide refunds after starting if you confirm on the first thumbnail sketch.

The commissioner may critique BEFORE coloring begins or may be charged for revisions.

Any client who sends multiple messages asking for updates at an unreasonable pace (i.e. multiple times every 24-hours with messages* like: "Hello?" Will be refunded and put on my Blacklist.

I will not stand to become a clients therapist or "vent" buddy during the process. Keep things casual and appropriate. Boundary crossing clients will be put on my Blacklist

I will always provide reasonable updates. If I fail to do so, please do not hesitate to contact me at any time.

The clients artwork will be delivered in a reasonable amount of time- ( 1- 6 weeks)- barring any life events or real life issues preventing it from being completed in a timely manner. Should something prevent delivery of a finished piece, the client will be refunded. In the event significant progress is made to the piece, the client will be fairly partially refunded for the incomplete portion and receive what was done.

I do not hold slots. I do not have a waitlist. Commissions are on a first come first serve basis. I will not send personalized messages letting individuals know I am open for commissions. Commission openings will only be posted on Twitter/Instagram.

My art is NOT to be made into or sold as an NFT of ANY KIND. You may NOT profit off of your commissioned piece in any way unless we have discussed commerial rates.

Only the commissioner, or those involved may use the final image.

The commissioner or others will not take credit for the final piece.

Sketches, lineart or anything I draw for you can be completed/colored by another artist or yourself

You may edit your commission as you see fit. But do not claim the artwork as your own.

Artwork depicting minors or those that look underage may not be edited into NSFW material

You may not profit off of your commission unless we have discussed commercial use terms beforehand.

Any client who attempts pressure or push me into finishing their artwork "faster" while I am dealing with real life events will be refunded and put on my Blacklist.

I will not allow any client to ruin my passion. Beware of your behavior, and keep things casually business-like. Inappropriate clients will be put on my Blacklist

Any client who attempts to grief me for drawing personal art in-between work will be put on my Blacklist. Personal art keeps my art muscles moving. I am not a machine.

The client cannot request a deadline for the piece. Should the client desire one and pursue a commission, pieces with a deadline sooner than 30 days will be charged a rush fee of $50+ or face cancellation at my discretion. I do not work with deadlines.

I will not draw more than 3 characters per illustration, unless a special request is made. Pieces with 3+ characters will be denied the 50% discount for additional characters due to the increasse in composition complexity.
